Interfaces with Director, Purchasing, management, buyers, brokers, vendors, Information Technology personnel, customers, and has limited contact with other distributors. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. **Position Responsibilities:** + Create presentations, reports, forms, and spreadsheets as requested by management demonstrating intermediate to advanced computer skills. + Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner. + Perform assigned duties efficiently to reduce spoilage and contribute positively to profit margin; works closely with the cooler Receiving Department on perishable item quality and inventory. + Check quality of produce and ensure poor quality product is removed before customers purchase; ensuring proper rotation and quality of product on a daily basis. + Break/repack full cases in a timely and efficient manner to reduce spoilage and lost inventory. + Check for dating issues on a daily basis.
