With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients. **Overview** Manage a cross-functional procurement team while overseeing all procurement activities and staffing. Responsible for setting targets and goals and ensuring project completion. Your primary focus is to achieve solutions that support regional and country growth, improve stakeholder satisfaction, and reduce costs. To do this, the ideal candidate needs to translate customer requirements and implement regional/country procurement strategies while optimizing processes and business practices. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in procurement, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. **Responsibilities** + Report to the Regional Procurement Lead and collaborate to developcountry-procurement strategies, goals, and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Set clear team targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the cross-functional procurement regional team, and ensure they are achieved or exceeded. + Develop and implement procurement strategies and initiatives to drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier performance. + Oversee the management of local procurement operations and lead specific RFP/RFI/RFQ projects as needed. Provide guidance, training, mentoring, and support to team members to ensure they thoroughly understand business needs, procurement expertise, and projectrequirements. + Ensure high-performance standards for the Local Procurement teams and maintain 100% compliance with regulatory requirements, and company policies, especially those related to anti-corruption and ethical business practices. + Collaborate with Local, Regional partners and internal teams to maintain clear and effective communication, meet stakeholder expectations, and resolve operational challenges efficiently. + Drive continuous process improvements by leveraging best practices,streamlining procurement processes, and implementing procurement technologies. + Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to proactively identify innovation and cost savings opportunities. + Prepare and present regular reports, performance metrics, and analyses to the Global Head of Procurement & Regional Procurement Lead as required. **Qualifications** + Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, focusing on strategic procurement and team leadership. + Having experience in handling contracts in IT, Professional Services, Travel or Production (Media) is considered an advantage. + Strong knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and market trends. + Advanced English (oral and written skills). + Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, set objectives, and drive performance. + Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. + Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proactive and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs. + Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements related to procurement activities. + Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. + Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) are a plus.
