Job Title: Procurement Systems Manager

Reports to: Director – Procurement COE

Job Overview:

At Cadence, we're building a data-driven future, and we need someone with fresh perspectives on data and a holistic outlook on master data management to lead the way! We're looking for someone who can simplify how we measure and understand our needs. You'll work closely with procurement, finance and AP teams to build and manage master data including reporting, governance and change management. You'll partner with teams across the company to standardize and operationalize standard processes for data management and data effectiveness. Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challengesCollaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practicesDevelop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and proceduresUtilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activitiesConduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policiesProvide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processesDocument data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders.Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and toolsProvide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions

Job Qualifications:

Understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworksProject and/or program management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development a big plusAny prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives is a big plusUnderstanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization is a plus.Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plus
