Job Responsibilities:

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Systems Analyst to join our procurement team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our global project managers, rollout and continuously improve Magna´s procurement systems, manage technical configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams. The position is based in Graz (Austria).
 

Your Responsibilities:

Support procurement systems project managers in global projectsCollect and evaluate feedback from users to continuously improve our solutionsConduct testing and documentation of new procurement tools and featuresWork independently on continuous improvement projects of our solutionsAssist in implementing a global data management strategy and lead defined sub-workstreamsCollaborate with global cross-group teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systemsDevelop & maintain dashboards and reports, and prepare ad-hoc analysis to support decision makingCreate documentations and professional management presentations


Who we are looking for:

Completed higher education in business administration (e.g. HAK, University etc.)., information systems, supply chain management, or a related fieldExperience with procurement systems and/or procurement processesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data analytics tools like Power BI is a plusAbility to support and also work independently on projects and manage tasks with minimal supervisionStrong teamwork and communication skillsBasic project management skillsFluent in English, German is an assetWillingness to travel as required (occasional business trips)
