Reporting to the **Sr. Manager, Procurement** **,** the **Procurement Supervisor** will be responsible for overseeing the placement of PO’s directly with our supply base and ensuring order fulfillment direct to ChemTreat customers. This individual will work closely with Corporate Services, Accounts Payable, Logistics, and Category Managers to ensure timely delivery of essential chemistry and equipment to support field sales while supporting Procurement’s Strategic Sourcing plan. This position will be **onsite** in **Glen Allen, VA.**
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Oversee the processing of daily PO’s as received from SO’s generated by Corporate Services.
+ Manage order fulfillment with a focus on revenue recognition, on time shipment, and transactional efficiency/accuracy.
+ Manage the transactional process of receiving chemical, equipment, and service PO’s.
+ Effectively lead, coach, and develop the Direct Delivery team consisting of six buyers.
+ Efficiently resolve vendor discrepancies (price, quality, delays, safety, etc.) while working with suppliers to drive to root cause and implementing corrective actions where needed.
+ Drive continuous improvement through daily management (+QDIP) of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
+ Identify and lead continuous improvement activities using multiple DBS tools (Problem Solving Process, VSM, TPI, Kaizen, etc.)
+ Manage weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs for the Procurement Director and VP bowlers.
+ Maintain shared departmental standard work documents for work standardization and ISO auditing.
+ Leverage the Problem-Solving Process to improve internal KPI’s and drive continuous improvement.
+ Partner with the ERP team to make system improvements to drive transactional efficiency.
+ Develop and leverage dashboard reporting to gain better visibility in supplier performance and transactional efficiency.
+ Identify meaningful daily management metrics and drive improvement.
+ Other duties as assigned

**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Bachelor's Degree; Degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
+ 3-5 years of purchasing or inventory management preferred
+ ISM C.P.M or CPSM certification preferred
+ Microsoft D365 experience preferred

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
