Sourcing & Procurement:
    •    Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO categories, including spare parts, tools, consumables, and services.
    •    Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
    •    Manage tenders in compliance with company policies.
    •    Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
 

Supplier Management & Negotiation:
    •    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, reliability, and innovation.
    •    Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the company.
    •    Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.
    •    Work with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, or service issues.

Compliance & Risk Management:
    •    Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    •    Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier performance, price volatility, and supply chain disruptions.
