**About the Role:**
In this role you will report to the Procurement Engine Room Leader of NAM Operations under APAC Procurement as a Service as a **Sr. Procurement Analyst** . You will be responsible for executing supplier onboarding & compliance, e-sourcing events, contracts administration, supplier performance and other reporting tasks for the company.
You will be also responsible for managing the said activities on Account Transition Projects. You will be working on a Shared Service Centre environment. You will be required to handle different markets across the globe such as APAC, EMEA & AMERICAS regions.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Subject matter expert for Procurement Transition activities
+ Sourcing / e-RFX
+ Works with Business Operations to ensure completeness of Scope of Work/ Bill of Quantities to be used in RFx activities
+ Implement standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFx documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria.
+ Organize and implements national/ regional e-sourcing activities for various CBRE accounts
+ Contract Admin
+ Administer contacts process via Zycus
+ Coordinates with Procurement Leader and Procurement counsel on contract drafts
+ Ensures all contract qualities are complete and in place
+ Implement & manages relationships with regional suppliers and contractors
+ Supplier Onboarding & compliance
+ Subject matter expert on supplier onboarding for all regions
+ Review and approve supplier onboarding via mySupplier and manual process for all APAC countries
+ Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to complete vendor onboarding and sourcing strategy prior to go live
+ Ensure 100% vendor onboarding before target go live for Transition projects
+ Review and process account or system transfers
+ Maintain and ensure that transitions trackers are updated regularly
+ Build partnership with country sourcing teams and finance teams to align goals for process efficiency.
+ Manages the supplier vetting certification process including review of requisite experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities.

+ Works with procurement leaders to ensure completeness of Supplier Performance management in CBRE systems
+ Administer supplier performance activities
+ Supplier Management
+ Coordinate and communicate with suppliers through letters, calls and webinars
+ Conducts webinars to guide suppliers and internal stakeholders on CBRE Procurement systems and processes
+ Stakeholder management
+ Establish strong working relationships with key internal and external partners and implement process improvement within the organization
+ Manages & coordinates processes and practices with internal stakeholders
+ Perform other Procurement activities with the APAC Procurement as a Service team
**Qualifications**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering equivalent to a 4-year college program in relevant discipline
+ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management
**Communications Skills Requirement**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
+ Fluent in English. Able to read, speak & write to external and internal stakeholders
**Financial Acumen**
+ Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents.
+ Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills is preferred
**Tools of the Trade**
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience in PowerBI is preferred
+ Experience in working with and managing e-procurement and contracts management platforms. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Knowledge in Project Management is preferred
