We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing activities across several key categories, including Professional Services, Packaging Materials for VAS (Value-Added Services) in Warehouse, Meeting & Event Services.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories and the threshold amountProfessional Services (e.g., consulting, training, outsourced services)Packaging Materials for warehouse VAS operationsMeeting & Event Services (e.g., venue, catering, logistics)Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports on spend, savings, and supplier performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.Supporting procurement analytics and reporting.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a multi-category environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement tools (e.g., SAP, P2P).Experience working with spend data and reporting tools is a must.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
