Job DescriptionManages open requisition through closed PO reportingResponsible for purchase order generation, reporting, and distributionProvides support and advice on buying channels to Project managers and validates direct procurement requisitionProvides low dollar and low complex non-critical tactical buying activities through standard methodology and approved suppliersSupports Project Managers with accounting query resolutionProvides requisition processing and requestor consultationInvoice approval for received PO’s and direct checks to vendorsSupports Helpdesk queries (Tier 2) and triaging requests as necessaryPurchase order query management (e.g., changes, expediting, open items)Support the management and maintenance of supplier catalogsEnsures key stakeholders (Project Managers, Procurement, Functions, Risk Domains etc.) are provided with the best support to successfully onboard Third Parties Supports Third Party certification, qualification and re-qualification program including reviewing all subcontractor responses for completeness and to the standards expectedAccurate, timely reviewing and recording of all Third Party data within agreed SLA’sFollow-up with Third Parties when non-responsive to onboarding requests or recertificationLiaising with Third Parties, Project Managers, Risk Domains and other stakeholders to ensure the successful resolution of all onboarding issuesMonitors supplier performance as predefinedEnsures correct commodity L1-L3 is selected from the approved Taxonomy for all Third PartiesProvides Vendor Master Data Team support to ensure alignment with SIM/CRAEscalates any areas of concern to direct supervisor or to S2C and / or R2R GPOs Participates in and provides input in the development of process improvements, Training Material, DTP’s etc. that enhances the User experience Provides input to the development of relevant policies, procedures and guidesUpdates Ecosystem with process and policy changes, and knowledge baseTesting of system enhancements when necessaryResponsible for system training and providing guidance to new team members
