Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey 

What you will do:

Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase OrdersConduct phone negotiations with the suppliersMonitor confirmations of Purchase OrdersManage on time deliveriesResolve issues related to Purchase Orders and InvoicesPerform supplier registration and qualification processMaintain master data requestsClosely collaborate with your internal stakeholder and suppliersSupport our further development by identification and implementation of improvementsSupport and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm

Proficient in business English/Japanese or KoreanExcellent communication skills, especially in phone conversationsCustomer focus with proactive attitude2 years of relevant procurement experienceVery good knowledge of Excel and SAP
