Procurement Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses.Each day, you will perform assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures.l also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development. The work model for the role is: L1-HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion Business in NEMA Motors Division, Bangalore IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tInitiates supply orders in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.•\tConducts all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures. •\tTracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing as per available guidelines.•\tApplying and implementing PL standards, tools, and processes in responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.•\tCreating and updating reports, as required, following the ABB standards.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in any field (BE/BTech – Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) with prior supply chain experience \tMinimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience\tExperience in end-to-end procurement activities and SAP Module is required. \tAdvanced Excel knowledge is must.\tProficient knowledge in written and verbal communication skill.\tUS Shift (Night Shit): 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
