Inviting applications for the role of Procurement Specialist - Senior Process Associate – Italian – Hybrid Budapest

The Procurement organization is in charge to provide professional services to the legal entities operated by the client affiliates across 31 countries. Scope of service includes the end to end indirect procurement support process, vendor master management, purchase requisition and order creation, invoice issue and hold resolution.

Responsibilities

Maintain vendor master database, create purchase requisitions and orders, ensure goods and services are receipted

Contact person for sourcing teams in terms of resolving any complex issues with requisitions and purchase orders, investigate and resolve deficiencies with internal parties.

Work closely with sourcing/business partners on processing outstanding items and specific requirements.

Lead cross-functional communication with multiple operations and sourcing/finance functions at highest professional standards.

Initiate process improvements, execute projects related to standardization, quality improvement, compliance or simplification.

Participate in migrations or system implementations, build and maintain DTP’s and other process documentation.

Support the preparation of metrics and investigation analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

Written and verbal fluency in English and Italian (min C1 level)

Good understanding of procurement practices in relation to Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges, complex issues.

Flexible approach with a strong team spirit.

Professional style when taking care of business clients.

Compliance controllership attitude.

Knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle).
