We are looking for a new team member for the position of “Buyer – Robotics” at our Global Center for Robotic Workstation Manufacturing in Mosnov.

In this role, you will be part of a team based in Mosnov, responsible for the CSMU unit, with a focus on purchasing necessary for spare parts production. You will be in daily contact with production planning and global purchasing in Sweden, and you may also be involved in sourcing new domestic and international suppliers.

Your main task will be to ensure a smooth flow of materials and services for production.

Job Responsibilities:

Support production by ensuring a smooth flow of materials and services related to the production plan and overall operations

Analyze assigned projects, prepare supplier RFQs, evaluate offers, compile project cost calculations with respect to the planned budget, and identify opportunities for cost savings

Collaborate with the logistics department to manage incoming and outgoing shipments

Handle complaints and coordinate documentation with the quality department

Participate in supplier audits, qualifications, and evaluations

Work with global purchasing to identify, develop, and optimize suppliers, and maintain the supply chain (with a focus on a consistently low number of suppliers capable of meeting all organizational requirements)

Actively cooperate with shared service centers to implement new processes, purchase indirect materials and services, and collaborate with the finance department

Who We’re Looking For:

Secondary or university education (preferably in technical or economic fields)

At least 2 years of experience in purchasing

Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)

Fluent in Czech/Slovak

Communicative level of English (ideally B1–C1) – for teleconferences with suppliers

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and goal orientation
