Responsibilities:
Support Singapore RSD TPP sourcing, equipment/consumable/reagent sourcing, annual revenue size $5M.Support TPP related sourcing operation, i.e. new vendor creation, RA/GTC screening, PN creation & quotation generation in SAP, open item reporting etc.Productivity knowledge, good understanding of the strategic sourcing process and laboratory/pharma/medical equipment industry knowledge & experienceWilling and pro-active work with category owner and internal commercial stakeholder to contribute the productivity and provide efficient revenue support for teamCould be a good interface between internal stakeholder(market/engineering) with supplier, to co-design, collaboration;Supplier management experience, valuable output in supplier pool optimization and vendor management, with significant productivity and improved service;Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and above in Engineering;More than 2 years procurement experience, with demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage a variety of complex procurement contractsSelf motivated, can lead sourcing process independentlyAble to work under pressure and High IntensityGood negotiator and influencing skillsWorking experience in pharma, laboratory equipment, medical equipment industry is preferredAvailable for travel (100,000 extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
