Job Purpose:Carry out requested purchases considering the Sourcing Process, including contractual management and total management of your sourcing category, based on the necessary compliance, assigning the prices and quality required by the business, previously aligned and approved by the requesting area.
Your tasks:Benchmarking prices in the market respecting Sourcing Strategy methodologyDevelop and refresh frequently the supplier base considering business needsSeek disruptive ways to operate freightContract/Price list lifecycle ManagementStrategic Sourcing methodology applicationManagement of global, regional and local KPIs for your categorySRM (Supplier Relationship Management)QBR - Quarterly Business ReviewInteraction with other countries to share best practices and category strategyOccasional trips in OPS and DHL Brazil BasesBuild and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal customers in scope Provide advice and support to internal customer with specs Contribute to the successful cooperation between region / country and sourcing communityDevelop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledgeYour profile:Bachelor’s degree  +10 years of experience in Procurement, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain & Other related functions Solid background on stakeholder managementProficiency in English required Proficiency in Spanish preferred Great communication style and analytical skillsWe offer:Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the worldInternational and virtual environmentFlexibility and great opportunity to learnTempting Compensation and benefitsDHL is an equal opportunity employer.
