On the Qualtrics Procurement team, we aim to enable Qualtrics’ mission and vision by providing the right third-party solutions at the right time. We have embarked on an extensive transformation of our procurement operating model, focusing on implementing industry best practices and optimizing supplier spending.

As a Senior Procurement Sourcing Analyst, you will be a part of the Global Procurement Operations team. Your responsibilities will include supporting assigned departments' sourcing/contracting activities at Qualtrics. This may include ad hoc acquisitions, renewals, and/or partnerships. This role supports Qualtrics' business globally and interacts with employees at all levels of the company.

\n\nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\nCompleting all procurement activities as effectively and efficiently as possible\nFinding cost savings opportunities where available\nIdentifying improvement opportunities\nContinuously learning and challenging the status quo\nListening to and appropriately addressing stakeholder feedback\nOperating as a team player across all levels\nSupporting other business-related activities as directed by management\nExhibiting the following Core Competencies:\n\nProficient in “Customer Value Creation”\nPositive, “can do” attitude\nPropensity to operate independently while functioning as a team member\nProficiency in exercising “soft power” at various organizational levels\nInnovative and unconventional thinking (i.e. “outside the box”)\nPrioritize and redirect under pressure\nNavigate and adapt in an ambiguous environment\nStrong sense of personal accountability for the evolution and success of the entrusted space\n“Systems” thinker\nCultural awareness\nEffective communicator (i.e. message delivered through different methods, under various circumstances in a collaborative manner)\n\n\n\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nLead with Influence: Develop your leadership skills, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.\nExpand Your Horizons: Gain exposure to diverse work cultures and global business practices.\nBecome a Strategic Partner: Build strong relationships with senior leadership and contribute to Qualtrics' overall success.\nMake a Lasting Impact: Leave a legacy of positive change, shaping the future of work for Qualtrics employees worldwide.\nLearning on the go: Have an open mind and willingness to learn from best in class procurement specialists\n\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nDevelop and execute effective department strategies supported by executable sourcing plans\nLead strategic sourcing projects with business executives while running a full portfolio of sourcing relationships\nAct as a consultant to business partners in the supplier sourcing process, communicating approach for supplier agreement negotiations and/or ongoing projects\nPartner with internal organizations to: define moderate to complex product/service requirements; assist with identifying suppliers; run RFx process and evaluations; provide supplier evaluation framework; and make recommendations on supplier selection\nConduct analysis, coordinate key partner participation (Legal, Tax, Information Security, Finance, etc.), and execute supporting administrative processes\nFacilitate efforts across multiple products/brands as well as multiple geographies in developing solutions to problems\nBuild, communicate, and execute on sourcing project work plan and timeline. Identify supporting efforts, dependencies, or barriers. Identify and track any sourcing issues, track and report progress\nDraft and redline commercial components of master purchasing and service contracts, statements of work, and software as a service and licensing agreements\nAssist with risk analysis to identify issues (financial, operational, and/or regulatory) and develop risk mitigation strategies. Communicate risks and alternative mitigation strategies to business owners and cross-functional partners\nSupport clients in the management of suppliers as it relates to communicating basic contract terms and expectations internally and to the supplier; provide support for contract changes, escalations, remediation, and termination planning\nPerform category management and identify data and research resources in the industry. Track the competitive landscape and identify emerging supplier candidates\nHandle administrative processes and activity reporting as needed to support projects.\nSupport other business-related activities as directed by management\nProcure-to-Pay (Req to PO)\nOther duties as assigned by the management\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n\n3+ years of experience in Buying/Sourcing/Category Management\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships\nProven ability to negotiate and achieve goals\nBachelors’ degree required\n\n\n\n
