We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the global deployment of the SAP Ariba Network at Honeywell. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor management. Your ability to lead, collaborate, and ensure alignment between our processes and the solutions deployed will be integral to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
· SAP Ariba Network Deployment: Lead and support the global deployment efforts of the SAP Ariba Network, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with our existing systems.
· Supplier Enablement: Spearheaded activities that enhance supplier participation and integration into our network.
· Project Management: Oversee and lead various procurement-related projects, ensuring timely completion, stakeholder engagement, and successful outcomes.
· Process Validation: Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to validate that the procure-to-pay processes are perfectly aligned with the deployed solution.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure that the company's procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in International Business, Finance, Quality Control, Supply Chain or related field (2-3) years of Supply Management, Sourcing, or Procurement experience leading projects. Must possess three (3) years of experience in the following: change management; Digital Transformation Projects; managing large databases and multiple projects; project management skills; and articulating key points to senior leadership.
