The GTS Procurement Program Manager will lead all procurement programs associated with GTS strategic initiatives (Aero new parts industrialization, Localizations supply chain development, Partnership Long Term agreements) assuring planning and timely execution by working in close collaboration with the GTS functions and the Procurement organization (Regions, Commodities, Supplier Quality and Logistic).
As GTS Procurement Program Manager you will be responsible for :
Supporting GTS procurement strategic initiatives (Aero new parts industrialization, Localizations supply chain development, Partnership Long Term agreements), leading the organization, planning and execution of the specific focused projects
Defining process development and improvements, ways of working & interfaces with other GTS and Procurement functions, ensuring fundamental strategic and operational connections
Ensuring regular project status/quality meetings are conducted and development of project metrics and project scorecard is accomplished
Reviewing project risks and action plans, and escalates to appropriate level of management and provides leadership throughout the life cycle of the project
Improving & Executing strong operating mechanisms/performance reviews and reporting which include timely communication with business leadership and stakeholders on performance
Designing & maintaining central project database & reporting tools
Oversight of the project pipeline through implementation levels, from ideation to completion
Auditing program/project documentation to track progress and escalate information appropriately
Supporting initial supplier assessments and Requests for Information to support market intelligence

To be successful in this role you will have :
Experience leading cross-functional and decentralized project teams
Background in Industrial Service market is preferred, or Industrial Engineering and/or Manufacturing experience
Program Management and Project Management skills – PMP designation is preferred
Ability to travel extensively to global locations
Fluent written and spoken English
Desired:
Knowledge of the principles of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (an asset)
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Strong computer and systems skills including Microsoft office and PowerPoint
