Your role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Program Management Expert to join our procurement program management team, with a focus on the German market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement programs of professional services - external workforce, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, and driving efficiency across our supply chain in Germany. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and evaluating our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations while supporting hiring managers in this region. In this position, you will ensure exceptional service delivery and effective management of our MSP activities.
Additionally, you will support the global Real Estate Team by managing the internal property database to ensure data accuracy and completeness. You will coordinate the abstraction of lease contracts and data reconciliation, and report according to IFRS16 standards. Your role will also involve collecting, analyzing, aligning, and distributing planning figures, including identifying potential risks in compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Who you are:
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or program management.Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (e.g. Beeline, Fieldglass) for requisition management.Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.Experience with implementation and execution of global sourcing strategies.Experience in building and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships and satisfaction, understanding business requirements as input into enterprise-wide sourcing efforts.Ability to foster teamwork and positive employee relations through regular open communications, problem solving, role modeling and management of relationships.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Fluent in written and spoken English.Fluent in German (minimum C1) would be nice to have.
