Procurement Process & Support Junior

Position Summary
Thales is looking for a Procurement Process & Support Junior who is involved with the businesses and governments that rely on Thales to bring trust to the billions of digital interactions they establish with users. The Cybersecurity and Digital Identity (CDI) Global Business Unit provides technologies and services, from secure software to biometrics and encryption, that enable enterprises and governments to verify identities and protect data so that it remains secure.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Participate in supplier data collection from Imperva and CDS (new acquisitions), and manage the sanity check on data quality before migrating it into eACQ our Suppliers Master database, to do so, coordination with procurement teams will be required, organizing meetings in English with various worldwide countries.Monitor at your level the progress in managing deliverables (Action plan).Participate in supplier enrollment process to reach expected level of Compliance (all new suppliers must reach 100% ICR signed). Manage local negotiations within the (DOA) Delegation of Authority thresholds and in alignment with Regional Procurement Category Managers and Buyers.Participate to our supplier sustainability policy enrollment, supporting Accountable team to run TPIA process, Cybersecurity questionnaire when needed, etc.Participate in the implementation of Procurement processes within the CDI GBU.Participate in the preparation and conducting of training courses for the Procurement community on tools and processes.Contribute to strengthening our usage of eACQ in line with Thales policy and respect for data integrity.Participating in deployment/implementation of the Procurement BI visualization tool and the development of Procurement dashboards.Provide support to members of the Procurement community in the use of Procurement tools.Minimum Qualifications
