Now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Officer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Sourcing: Define and implement sourcing strategies, managing tenders and negotiations end-to-end in compliance with policies.Supplier & Performance Management: Establish SLAs/KPIs, monitor and review supplier performance, and proactively manage the supplier portfolio for cost savings, service improvements, and supply chain optimization, including identifying new or alternative suppliers.Contract & Documentation Management: Negotiate and update supplier agreements, ensuring all contractual terms protect Ayvens' interests and properly reflect KPIs/SLAs, in direct collaboration with the Legal team.Internal & International Coordination: Align with internal stakeholders, act as the International Procurement contact, propose local implementation of global strategies, and share best practices across Ayvens countries.Risk Mitigation: Adhere to company policies, participate in relevant committees, and report on risks with proposed mitigation measures.General Support: Execute other management-assigned tasks within the scope of responsibilities.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Skills:

A business excellence and continuous improvement mindset.Excellent business acumen.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Solution- and results-oriented approach.Proactive, open-minded, and a fast learner.Structured and disciplined, with the ability to deliver results under limited supervision and tight deadlines.Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Experience & Knowledge:

At least 5 years of experience in an in-house procurement department.Proven experience in managing a Services supplier portfolio.Experience in a multinational company and/or cross-functional expertise is a plus.Experience in an automotive-related environment is a plus.Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
