Seeking Three (3) Procurement Officers to join and be part of a purpose-driven team and find a place to grow and make a real impact in shaping a sustainable future.

Job Responsibilities: Receive procurement requests. Record supply needs. Identify and select the best sourcing channel and reference amongst the pre-negotiated framework (suppliers, contracts, catalogues). Ensure good compliance with operating procedures and negotiated contracts/orders. Address enquiries on the status of products from internal customers. Execute the core aspects of the supply process. Manage supply logistics. Manage and resolve non-compliances and disputes. Reporting and feedback.
Qualification and Skills Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in procurement or supply chain or NQF equivalent. CIPS level 4 or higher is preferred. Minimum 2 years’ functional experience covering procurement, supply chain and logistics. Experience in operational procurement preferably in power plants. Fluent in English. Experience in negotiation. Good organization and communication skills.
