Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Multi-Family Manager (Level K) to join our Cruise Missile Systems team in Saint Charles, Missouri.

Our extensive Weapon Systems portfolio is evolving to meet the needs of the modern warfighter, with affordable mass solutions that deliver range, maneuverability and depth to make them smarter and faster. This role will support the Cruise Missile Systems portfolio, which consists of HIIU, SLAM-ER, and HCDS.

Position Responsibilities:

Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreementsManages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processesDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesProvides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related toolsManages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain managementMore than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 1 year of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $110,500 - $136,500
