As Procurement Manager - Accessories, you will become part of a strong and ambitious Supply Chain team and a dedicated buying team covering Accessories. Your everyday activities will be characterized by high speed and the requirement to engage in, direct and prioritize between multiple projects in cooperation with your team and colleagues.

More specifically, your tasks will include

Responsible for the Accessories assortment handed over from Design/Product Development through its Product-Life-Circle until discontinuation including full product optimization in the PLC periodLead, manage and support of a buying team of three employeesDaily operation, analysis and optimization of the Accessories assortment in balance with the team, suppliers, and PD, Sales, Quality and Sustainability & ComplianceEnsure high performance from suppliers and maintain close relations with them including development and sourcingSecure optimized forecasting and replenishment incl. best proceduresInsure best conditions in terms of prices, stock turn and service levelContinuously improving workflow and proceduresEnsuring fast, relevant and close collaboration and communication with all relevant stakeholdersTake active part in the operational tasks

Travel to suppliers and fairs is expected to be approximately 10-15 days per year within Europe and Asia.

Role expectations

You have experience within assortment management and optimization, negotiation and running projects, coordinating tasks and leading teamsWith extensive knowledge of the principles of supply chain management and purchasing, you take full responsibility of the supplier base for the accessories categoryYour structured, fact-based mindset and your solid supply chain management experience combined with your excellent analytical skills form a strong foundation for this positionYour work style is characterized by being positive, outgoing, dynamic, and commercial – securing the detailsYou thrive with deadlines, and you are strong in keeping themYou have strong communication and negotiation skills, and your approach builds strong relationships, making you a natural team leader for your teamIt is natural for you to have the customer experience in focus

Experience required

Experience with supply chain management, purchasing and negotiation, with a relevant background supporting the role and responsibilityProven your skills in a previous similar positionExperience within home accessories business may be an advantageAdvanced IT skills (proficient with D365/Power BI, Microsoft Office Package, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)Fluency in English
