Procurement Manager
Description We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to oversee strategic procurement operations and drive impactful sourcing strategies for our organization. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect spend, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering responsible procurement practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes through innovative procurement solutions. Responsibilities: • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and category management efforts across direct and indirect spend categories. • Develop and implement procurement tools, templates, and control frameworks tailored to organizational needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain spend reporting systems and category taxonomies. • Drive procurement capability building and change management within the organization. • Provide commercial oversight, ensuring procurement activities deliver measurable value and support organizational goals. • Work closely with leadership to align sourcing frameworks and tools with group standards and market-specific requirements. • Manage contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships. • Utilize data-driven insights to inform procurement decisions and optimize processes. • Oversee the adoption of procurement technology and systems to enhance efficiency. • Foster collaboration across business units to ensure procurement strategies align with overall organizational objectives. Requirements • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement lifecycle management. • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field; advanced qualifications preferred. • Demonstrated expertise in developing procurement strategies and frameworks. • Proven ability to lead change management and influence diverse stakeholder groups. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. • Familiarity with procurement technologies and platforms. • Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering purpose-driven results.
