This Position reports to:
Operations Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive operational and strategic efficiency in the purchasing department through in-depth process analysis, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing innovative solutions.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in San Luis Potosi or Mexico city.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Oversee the correct allocation and monitoring of the open process backlog (PR, PO, supplier registration in SAP Ariba)
Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls established by the organization (SLAs, approvals, audits).
Monitor and report area KPIs to detect deviations and propose corrective actions. (savings, CPQ, vendors evaluation)
Ensure the correct management of commercial contracts and purchase orders.
Qualifications for the role
5 years of professional experience in similar position or related
SAP management proficient in Purchase/Procurement modules
Advanced English communications skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
Data Analysis & Power BI skills • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration or related)
Availability for business travels (20% of travel requirement per year)
