Job Purpose:

Animate & build procurement strategy for manufacture related categories in The Chuan and HLM while ensuring pro-efficient collaboration with global procurement teams.Responsible for manufacture related category sourcing, negotiation, pitch process, contracting, performance review and supplier management.Contribute savings and cost avoidance without compromising quality and delivery timeline.Ensure compliance of procurement related processes, methods, and systems with procurement standardsContribute to the reporting process and analyze with respect to the procurement key performance indicatorsContract management to secure Cooperate interests without law abuse.Being contact window for Global cooperation projects to demonstrate China professional procurement reputationBeing ready to support critical programs along with cooperate business dynamic changing and development. Manager procurement data quality and reporting.

Qualifications / Experience/Skills:

More than 6 years of procurement experience in manufacture related categories, well-trained in multinational companyUniversity bachelor or plus degree with fluent in written and verbal EnglishExcellent presentation and analysis skills with PPT/excel, Power BI is nice to haveStrong communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills and proven project management capabilityService and quality delivery mindset, and intensive experience within cross-functional coordination Strong ownership and quick learning ability.Be honest and ethical
