International Motors is seeking a Procurement Manager – Parts & Suppliers to support our Category Managers and their strategic initiatives. In this role, you’ll help align sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and cost management goals. You’ll manage supplier relationships, resolve supply issues, and contribute to projects that improve procurement efficiency and strengthen our supply chain.
As a subject matter expert in your area, you’ll work across functions and with external partners to implement sourcing strategies, support negotiations, and drive continuous improvement within the procurement process.
Responsibilities
Supplier & Contract Management
Manage execution of contract price updates in collaboration with Category Managers, Commodity Managers, and FinanceExecute RFQs to add parts to pricing contracts in alignment with Category Manager Team strategyFacilitate new supplier set-ups and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal stakeholders to implement commercial plans developed by the Category Manager TeamBuild strong working relationships with suppliers and internal customersWork with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on cost and sourcing goalsOperational Support & Problem Solving
Resolve day-to-day supply issues to ensure uninterrupted supply of parts to Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs)Monitor supplier performance and escalate risks or issues as neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and supplier collaboration Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degreeAt least 1 years of purchasing/procurement experienceOR
