About the Role:
You will support procurement activities for Indonesia and gain exposure to involvement in the Vietnam Project, contributing to strategic sourcing, process execution, and improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency.

Coordinate and execute the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing RFQs/RFIs, collecting bids, evaluating proposals, and recommending suppliers.Assist in developing sourcing strategies by researching suppliers, market trends, and pricing.Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely procurement operations.Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records in line with company policies.Support procurement-related improvement projects, such as vendor performance tracking, process optimization, and cost-saving initiatives.

Who You Are:

Preferably a final-year student or a fresh graduate from any major.Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations).Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).Available to start immediately and commit to the full 6-month internship period.
