The Position

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the preferred vendor databaseCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow with Business PartnersSupport the implementation of procurement processes, policies, and technologiesDeliver high-quality, user-centric services across the Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) processApply lean and standardized Procure-to-Pay (P2P) practicesResolve daily operational issues including ad hoc payment concernsMonitor procurement KPIs and support service excellenceAssist in initiatives related to supplier due diligence, ethical compliance, and diversityTrack performance metrics and coordinate improvements with Business Partners

What We’re Looking For:

3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student, or currently pursuing a Master's or PhDAvailability to work 3 days a week from the office for 1 yearFamiliarity with ERP systems, SAP, or myBuy is a strong plusStrong analytical and communication skills, team player, eager to learn
