Intern/Co-opPlace and follow-up on POsProvide documentations needed for import, quality,…Support accounting to solve invoice mismatch on assigned suppliersManage relationships with suppliers for PO executionManage problems and schedule changes (keep tack on expected delivery dates on site with assigned suppliers)Update ERPPrevent or expedite missing parts, check availability of materials, keep inventory low.According to defined kpi: Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptabilityUnderstand strategies for assigned commodities & proactively drive initiatives to meet Sourcing objectivesAnalyze and track Supplier promise date accuracy and develop reports to ensure Supplier promise date accuracySupport commodity buysWrite reports to track PO activity and supplier performanceCommunicate with direct team and supervisorContribute to project as a team member

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sourcing, or similar experience)Start date: no later than end of JuneValid working permit for ItalyWORK STYLE: mainly office work with flexibility of remote,
candidate is ready to work in presence at Sesto San Giovanni  office
