The OpportunityJoin our dynamic and collaborative team, where you'll play a key role in supporting strategic procurement initiatives and shaping the way we work with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your contributions will make a direct impact on optimizing our processes and ensuring business success.
Drive procurement activities by supporting the Sourcing Manager with supplier performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and sourcing-mix management.
Analyze forecasts to ensure alignment with procurement plans and actively contribute to contract management and cost-saving initiatives.
Identify and recommend areas for improvement in procurement processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to collect, analyze, and interpret data for strategic sourcing decisions.
Prepare, review, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and other essential procurement documentation with precision.
Maintain and update procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP) to ensure accurate supplier data and contract compliance.
Contribute to supplier performance reviews and ensure adherence to KPIs to meet business objectives.
Participate in supplier negotiations and internal team meetings, offering support through agenda tracking, minute-taking, and gaining first-hand exposure to supplier management strategies.
Who you areYou are a motivated and curious individual who is eager to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges. Your strong analytical skills, adaptability, and collaborative mindset make you an ideal fit for this opportunity.
You are enrolled in or have recently completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, or a related field.
You excel at analysis, with a strong focus on attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
You communicate clearly and effectively, building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a valuable plus.
You are adaptable, eager to learn, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a team-oriented setting.
