JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the tactical deployment of technology applications to the Division operations teams. Drives adoption, ultimate utilization of and proficiency with enterprise systems and the changes that impact internal employees. With thorough understanding of day-to-day division activities, partner with various project teams to contribute to project and change adoption plans to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new technology applications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides guidance and consulting on how to use enterprise systems and best practices in data setup and enter detailed data. Guides users on transition from current to future state and provides supplemental training.

Coordinates with Project Manager and project team to facilitate and report on Division and Community level readiness and deployment tasks. Provide hands-on support and facilitation where necessary.

Partners with Division Change Champions and other functional experts on readiness and deployment tasks.

Resolves issues and mitigates risks and escalates as necessary.

Minimizes the "change burden" on division day to day operations by providing guidance, strategic use, and best practices for technology solutions.

Maintains in depth understanding of business processes across functions within the assigned Area. Also understands corporate business processes and variance between Divisions and Areas.

Builds strong relationships with Area and Division operations teams.

Evaluates and recommends business and system requirements and enhancements. Assist vertical team with prioritization.

Acts as point person to coordinate, schedule and manage logistics of all on-site and virtual sessions in alignment with the project and change adoption plans.

Champions and supports readiness and deployment of new technology. Provides on-site and virtual support for all training and process related questions.

Acts as a liaison between the field and Project Manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration, or equivalent experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions
