Procurement Finance Manager – North Africa
Job Description

What You will do:

Leading financial discussions with procurement team Owning Procurement Forecast Process with buyers monthly routines Presenting actuals and Forecast Support PPM in the material preparation for CFO calls Organize short-term and long-term plan of the team Main point of contact with Commercial BU and BU CFO

Analytics

Review, analytics and challenge of: i.Procurement P&L (Price, Volume, Projects, Commodity, Forex) ii.Tracking of Initiatives (Value Engineering, Price Initiatives and Payment Terms)  

Monthly Routines

Setup and execute monthly performance reviews (MPR) with buyers & procurement head Prepare executive decks to leadership on reporting financials & initiatives tracking Manage procurement bottom-up forecast and initiatives tracker (P&L & Cash) Setup and execute routine of commodity and forex tracking

Budget

Organize bottom-up budget for procurement – commodity, forex & initiatives Consolidate Procurement Budget Plan with P&L and Cash Initiatives

What You bring:

5+ yrs of Finance experience (mix of controlling and business partnership) Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders  Understanding of procurement spend drivers Currently based in Cairo Location(s)
