Responsibilities:

Create/edit Items, vendor registrations in the ERP system.Coordinate internally to expedite approvals at every stage.Follow up with vendors to avail technical details and samples, and communicate regularly with respective teams.Follow up with the supplier to get the material in time and report to line managers timely to address any bottlenecks.Support Logistics, Finance to coordinate documents and information from suppliers to ensure timely GRN, invoice posting.Price analysis for export materials in each quarter from different suppliers.Look for new markets for petrochemical materials to export.Register in a petrochemical company to get a weekly offer price for their products.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields. At least 5 years of experience in a commercial department.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure.Ability to work in a team environment.
