Key Responsibilities

eSourcing & Procurement Operations

Manage eSourcing events independently from scoping and baseline analysis to data input for contracting.Collaborate with category teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define sourcing strategies.Execute e-tendering processes using platforms like Coupa or Zycus.Operate and maintain procurement platforms to streamline sourcing and purchasing workflows.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOX, audit requirements, and the Global Authorization Policy.Leverage tools like SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft applications to analyze data and support decision-making.

Process & Project Support

Manage vendor and material onboarding, including documentation collection and internal approvals.Provide support for sourcing-related administrative tasks (vendor and material management).Identify opportunities for standardization and automation of procurement processes.Train and re-train colleagues on procurement systems and workflows.Support procurement managers, quality, regulatory, and other departments in projects and ad hoc requests.Handle ad hoc projects aligned with our Global Procurement strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

Fluency in English (Hungarian is a strong advantage)University degree in Supply Chain or related field0.5–1 year of experience in a multinational environment preferredProcurement experience and ERP knowledge (SAP, Coupa, Zycus) are a big plusStrong process orientation and analytical mindsetIndependence, persistence, and a proactive attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsSolid MS Office skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environmentNatural drive to take ownership and improve operations
