**Job Description:**
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and support of procurement applications. This role provides daily operational support, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensures timely resolution of system issues and continuous user training.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to support departments with the Jagger procurement tool, provide continuous training and assist in preparing purchase requisitions in iBuy.
+ Champion continuous improvement initiatives in procurement by developing and implementing standardized work processes.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals which will include other Procurement tools.
**Application Support:**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for production support of procurement applications, including Jaggaer.
+ Serve as a backup for Concur production support
+ Provide daily support for business user issues, collaborating with Accounts Payable, Procurement, IT, and relevant stakeholders.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, with coordination and oversight from the manager.
**Job Requirements:**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of education
+ 3+ years of procurement experience or equivalent; working within a production support environment
+ Must reside within a commutable distance to our corporate office in Brea, CA. This is not a 'remote' opportunity.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience working in regulated environments with proficiency in ERP systems and eSourcing tools, including reverse auctions.
+ Apply analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making to solve complex problems
+ Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
+ Collaborate in cross-functional teams, including HR, Quality, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Accounting
+ Negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers

**Target Market Salary Range:**
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
