We’re hiring a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Izmir, Turkiye.
**You Will Be Part of** **Growing Team**
Procurement is a Global team in charge of direct and indirect procurement, supporting everything needed in the production plants.
Procurement is a team focused on buying not only at the best price but getting the best service following Corteva's quality standards.
**Your Challenge:**
+ Negotiates with national and international vendors to secure the best pricing, payment, and shipping terms.
+ Analyses business requirements and identifies reliable suppliers to meet business requirements.
+ Leads evaluation and selection of suppliers in terms of quality, service, cost and capability
+ Executes the sub commodity strategies designed by the Tower.
+ Provides support to the Tower for researching possible new vendors.
+ Keep the database of suppliers updated in ERP
+ Ensures meet effectiveness and efficiency requirements.
+ Follow-up of the contracts of the service providers and purchase of equipment.
+ Able to translate the business needs in terms of market requirements.
+ Prioritize and support the delivery of procurement projects encompassing cost, agility, sustainability and business.
+ Calculate and reports accomplishments in all appropriate systems.
**Key Stakeholders and Interactions** **:**
+ _EMEA Team with_ _coworkers_ _in Spain,_ _Turkey_ _and South Africa_
+ _The Plant Manager in Turkey_ _will_ _indicate_ _the needs and raw materials that will be_ _required_ _at each moment following a production planning._
+ _The Supply_ _Chain team will provide an overview and advance forecasts to work on negotiating with suppliers._

**T** **o Grow What Matters** **,** **You Will Need**
+ A graduate with preferred focus on Sourcing & Logistics, and/or equivalent work experience preferred (3-5 years of Purchasing experience)
+ Experience in supplier negotiations, managing contracts, and obtaining savings.
+ Business Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
+ Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
