In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide content enablement support for contract and catalog information; Enable contract-based purchasing activities within eCommerce applications; Manage hosted catalog data and assist in the creation and maintenance of catalogs within the purchasing system; Support the deployment and auditing of supplier punch-out catalogs and enablement as required; Coordinate with Project Managers, Category Managers, and the Sourcing Team to prioritize the availability of catalogs and content in line with deployment plans; Collaborate with vendors to implement and maintain contracts, agreements, and associated content; Provide break/fix support, user guidance, testing, and troubleshooting for Supply Chain applications; Address tickets initiated by the Supply Chain Help Desk related to eCommerce systems and tools.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; 1–2 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst or similar role; Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and eCommerce applications; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Fluent English, both written and spoken;Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
