Job in a nutshell:

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for driving a significant improvement in savings and value within your assigned segment(s) for the GBU P&L entity. You will ensure the successful realization of cost savings while integrating procurement activities and contributing to the global procurement network.

 

What will you be doing?

• Ensure integration of procurement activities related to the defined category with other functions and operations.
• Contribute to the global procurement network by participating in or leading procurement teams and actions within the segment(s).
• Share and integrate best practices for the segment(s).
• Define local procurement strategies and actions, ensuring compliance to achieve TCO savings and value creation inside GBU.
• Support the respective Head in delivering the subarea procurement strategy.
• Deliver savings in line with Atos Procurement definitions and policies.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the subarea supply base, including new digital and disruptive technologies and suppliers.
• Support the Procurement Bid team with value-adding propositions to deliver a competitive advantage to Atos and its customers.

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Buyer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Negotiations, and Contract Management.
• Background in IT Services and Indirect category.
• Knowledge of REPSE requirements (desirable).
• Project Management experience (desirable).
• Supplier Performance Management experience (desirable).
