Procurement Assistant II

Primary Responsibilities 

•    Manage procurement activities
•    Experience in purchasing
•    Track & Record orders
•    Communication with internal & external stakeholders
•    Manage Import Export activities

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education. 
The candidate must be able to clearly communicate in the English Language. 
1-3 years of experience in procurement preferred.
Proficient in MS Office 
Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skills 
Ability to take initiative, collaborate with other teams, and prioritize time effectively to deliver high quality results in a timely manner 
Able to navigate SharePoint 
Self-starter possessing solid communication skills 
Demonstrated attention to detail along with organization qualities 
International, global experience preferred. 
Timings: EMEA - 12 :00 AM to 9:00 PM (1ST)
