Coordinate all activities associated with the export and import logistics process; Interact with functional, production, technical and other areas, constantly evaluating opportunities for improvement and raising awareness of processes, as well as, in some cases, introducing/instructing rules and adaptations resulting from changes to the import process that occur due to changes in the laws at the destination locations; Negotiate air or sea transport prices, either on a case-by-case basis (conventional and project cargo) or on the basis of previously and periodically negotiated tables and/or agreements (air and containerised cargo).
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
• Degree in Management and/or Relevant Engineering;
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in similar roles, preferably with proven ability in large-scale project management;
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within the area;
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures in vessel loading operations/procedures;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Knowledge of Office from a user perspective (preferably MS Outlook and MS Excel);
• Light vehicle driving licence;
• Rigour and reliability;
• Teamwork;
• Availability to mobility.
