We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst - Technology and Indirect Procurement to support procurement operations related to technology infrastructure and operational expenditures. This role will support the alignment of procurement efforts with business and technology strategies through process improvement, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Assist with managing the end-to-end technology and procurement of lifecycle of product, software, services and other G&A purchases. Responsible for vendor engagement, contract management, purchase requisitions, purchase order (PO) processing, and preparing related reports. Support the development and implementation of a procurement policy and procedures, ensuring alignment with governance requirements and industry best practices. Guide and support end users in policy compliance, assisting with accurate completion of purchase requisitions and navigation of approval workflows. Partner with sourcing and business stakeholders to evaluate and source Technology and G&A expense requests, seeking competitive pricing and vendor performance. Analyze spend and vendor data to identify cost saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency. Assist with the development of financial models and tools for CPE and Network related equipment inventory forecasting, spend optimization, and long-term procurement planning. Ensure adherence to procurement governance and contribute to continuous improvement of related policies and best practices. Other duties as assigned by SupervisorMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of procurement experience, ideally within telecommunications, network engineering, software, or professional services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Experience with procurement and ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of technology procurement trends and contract negotiation best practices. Occasional travel required, approximately four times per year, to Fort Lauderdale, FL.BENEFITS:
