You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes **How you will contribute** You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). The role requires building a strong relationship with the local leadership teams to partner and support them with their ongoing contractual, sourcing and M&A transformational requirements. Education / Certifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. **Job specific requirements:** + Min 3 Years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing / Category Management roles. + Relevant experience is IT sourcing in one or more of the following disciplines: Networks, Hosting Services, Applications and Digital Workplace. + Strong Business Partnership – right balance between understanding & challenging needs. + Great communicator & influencer; **English 100%.** + Experience in leading the development and execution of category strategy plans. + Self-starter & high external curiosity – learning from outside in IT/across industries to drive improvement.
