Procurement Analyst
Description We are looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This hybrid role, based in Dallas, Texas, involves supporting procurement processes, managing vendor information, and ensuring smooth data collection and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at working with large datasets, and demonstrates exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the collection of vendor information, including W-9 forms and remittance details, for both U.S. and Canadian landlords. • Utilize Salesforce and Smartsheet platforms to input and track data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and clarify requirements. • Maintain and update an online database template to support weekly progress reporting. • Collaborate with portfolio administrators and transition managers to meet project deadlines and objectives. • Review and verify vendor setups, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. • Train and guide team members on Salesforce processes related to procurement activities. • Generate output files and summaries to confirm vendor setups and provide feedback to stakeholders. • Assist with general transition tasks and process documentation as assigned. • Ensure attention to detail and maintain a high level of organization throughout all procurement activities. Requirements • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with 4-5 years handling high-volume data. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel, and Teams. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-organize in a dynamic work environment. • Familiarity with vendor setup processes and data collection requirements. • Ability to analyze and manage large datasets efficiently. • College degree preferred. • Experience in reporting and database management tools.
