The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Procurement Analyst to support the 787 Integration Team based out of N. Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.Designs, extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.Determines and reports compliance to internal/external requirements.Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.Leads cross-functional process management activities.Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.Develops, analyzes and maintains processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing3+ years of experience leading projects3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics3+ years of experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized workExperience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvementAbility to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationallyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience interfacing directly with suppliersExperience with Cognos, Velocity, Order Manager, ERPLN, Tableau Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across business unitsExperience establishing relationships and strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendorsExperience with rate and capacity processesRelocation:
