Procurement Analyst
Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Job Description

Support Procurement Consultants, Procurement Specialists, and Category Managers in the execution of sourcing and contracting initiatives. Assist with analytical work, including spend analytics, market complexity data collection, performance metrics, risk considerations, pricing, total cost of ownership, demand planning, and reporting. Aid in sourcing strategy development, decision-making, and contract negotiations, potentially leading or directing less complex sourcing activities.

ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and analyze performance metrics to support strategy and decisions regarding suppliers and markets.Research and analyze spend and prior contracts to assist with contract negotiation.Develop and utilize various models, such as pricing and total cost ownership.Build and maintain reports to streamline analysis.Support bid analysis as needed.Communicate findings and recommendations of research and analysis to Supply Chain Procurement and operations business partners.Collaborate with all business partners on projects and other initiatives to address recurring issues, improve efficiency, and enhance satisfaction.Essential SkillsProficiency in procurement, purchasing, purchase orders, supplier performance, procurement analysis, strategic sourcing, and source selection.Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, or related field, OR 4 years of relevant work experience.Minimum of 3 years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience.Experience in supply chain, contract management, and negotiation.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.81 - $34.81/hr.
