Job Title: Procurement Analyst.

Lear Corporation- Santa Barbara, Honduras, Naco Plant (Presential)
We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Procurement Analyst, based in Naco Plant, Santa Barbara, Honduras (E-Systems Division).
As Procurement Analyst will have to ensure raw material arrives on time in plant to produce finish good with the minimum cost.
Your Task will be:
• Expedite raw materials, identify root causes, and ensure actions to prevent plant shutdowns.
• Ensure optimal inventory of raw materials from assigned suppliers. Control excesses and mitigate shortages.
• Actions to mitigate premium freight costs.
• Forecast of premium freight from assigned suppliers.
• Confirmation of transits / shipments.
• Control of surpluses.
• Periodic calls to suppliers for review of Allocation Files.
• Ensure new routes necessary for new suppliers.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Education: Industrial, Logistics or any related Engineer.
• At least 1 year of experience preferably in logistic or planning area (not essential).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel.
• Advanced English.
• You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.
• Capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
• Time availability for OT.
