In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and supporting the full procurement lifecycle for high-impact aerospace programs. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Prepare and issue purchase orders while negotiating pricing and terms. + Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve shortages or delays. + Collaborate with suppliers to address escalations and ensure on-time delivery. + Reconcile invoices in partnership with Accounts Payable. + Support root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and quality issues. + Act as a liaison between Supply Chain and cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Planning, Operations). + Communicate order status, changes, and cancellations clearly and efficiently. + May lead small-scale projects or process improvements. **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, orAdvanced degree in a related field, orIn lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant experience. + At least 1 year of experience managing purchase orders. + Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Military purchasing experience. + SAP system experience. + Familiarity with aerospace or defense procurement processes. **Why Join Us?** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we connect top talent with industry leaders .
