Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate or Experienced) to join our International Strategic Sourcing team in Hazelwood, MO.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Procurement Agent.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
1+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
1+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors Degree of higher
1+ years of experience conducting terms and conditions negotiations
1+ years of experience working with international suppliers
1+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Associate): $60,700.00 - $82,000.00
Summary pay range (Experienced): $75,000.00 - $101,000.00
